Raphael Reichl
was born in Klosterneuburg in 1994.
Lives and works in Vienna / Mexico City.
Raphael Reichl's artistic practice examines the conditions under which social realities become visible. Drawing on long-term research into social, political and ecological contexts, he explores how images, narratives and institutional structures shape perception. His work combines documentary approaches with an essayistic mode of inquiry into representation, opening spaces in which official narratives, memories and individual experiences can be reconsidered in relation to one another.
